Orion Stars Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the Orion Stars website at orionstars.vu and the official Android application, including all gaming and betting services available through them.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the Orion Stars platform.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who holds a registered account on the platform.
• "We" / "Us" / "Orion Stars" refers to the operator of the platform and all associated services.
• "Balance" means the PKR funds held in your Orion Stars account, including real-money deposits and any settled winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or bonus amounts credited to your account under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it can be converted to withdrawable balance.
• "Sports Bet" means a bet placed on any sporting event available in the Orion Stars sports betting section, including cricket, PSL, football, esports and other markets.
• "Casino Game" means any slot, live casino, table game or bingo product available in the casino section of the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on Orion Stars, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults only. If we have reason to believe an account is held by someone under 18, we will suspend the account immediately pending verification.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must provide your real name, a valid email address and accurate personal details at registration. You may be asked to verify your identity at any stage.
• You must not already hold an active Orion Stars account. Each individual is limited to one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses or for any other purpose — is a breach of these terms.
• You must not be using a VPN, proxy or other method to mask your true location in a way that circumvents platform access restrictions.

3 Account Rules

Once your account is registered, the following rules apply at all times:

• You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. This includes bets placed, deposits made and any changes to account settings. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
• Your login credentials — email address and password — must be kept confidential. Do not share them with anyone else. Orion Stars staff will never ask for your password.
• You may not transfer funds between Orion Stars accounts. Account balances are non-transferable.
• Your account is personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to any other person.
• Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. Orion Stars reserves the right to apply an inactivity process to dormant accounts, which will be communicated to the account holder at the registered email address before any action is taken.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Orion Stars platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions applied to deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits: You may fund your account using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card or credit card. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits generally reflect in your account within a few minutes, though bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where the payment provider supports it. You may be required to verify your identity before a withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically fastest. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

• Only funds that belong to you may be deposited. Do not use payment methods registered in another person's name.
• Orion Stars does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider if unsure.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Deposits made in error — for example, an amount significantly higher than intended — should be reported to support before any portion of the funds is wagered. Once funds have been used in bets or games, a reversal is not possible.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets and casino games placed or played on the Orion Stars platform:

Sports Betting: All bets are final once confirmed on screen. You will receive a bet confirmation with a reference number — keep this if you need to query a settlement. Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are settled according to the official match result as confirmed by the relevant cricket authority. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced, standard cricket settlement rules apply and will be reflected in the bet slip terms shown at the time of placing.

• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to available markets. Odds during in-play betting change rapidly; the odds displayed at the moment your bet is submitted and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Orion Stars reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error — for example, incorrect odds caused by a data feed issue. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to your balance.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed when placing a bet. Bets placed above the maximum may be partially accepted up to the limit.
• Orion Stars does not accept bets placed by, or on behalf of, anyone with inside information on a sporting event.

Casino & Slots: All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are available in the game information panel. Live casino games are operated by the live dealer provider and are subject to their table rules as displayed before each game begins.

Bingo: Bingo games run on a scheduled basis. Prize pools and ticket prices are shown in the bingo lobby before purchase. All bingo results are final.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Orion Stars offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets and seasonal promotions around events like PSL. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the promotion page in addition to the general bonus rules below.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is displayed clearly in that promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be staked ten times in total before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• Minimum Odds: Free bets and some deposit bonuses may require bets to be placed at minimum odds to count towards the wagering requirement. Bets placed below the minimum odds will not contribute to clearing the requirement.
• Time Limits: Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are forfeited. The remaining real-money balance is not affected.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one promotion may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Claiming a second bonus while one is already active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, or placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
• Orion Stars reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it, any wagering already completed will be honoured to the extent reasonably possible.

7 Responsible Gaming

Orion Stars is committed to providing a gaming and betting environment that supports responsible play. The platform is for entertainment — not a way to earn income or recover losses.

The following tools are available to every account holder and can be accessed from account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit within a daily, weekly or monthly period. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit is immediate; increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been logged in and actively gaming or betting for a specified period. These reminders are designed to help you stay aware of how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break from the platform, self-exclusion allows you to block access to your account for a set period — from a few days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in and will not receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion can be activated immediately.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Orion Stars platform. Engaging in any of these may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture or permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own details or using different personal information.
• Using any automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games or interact with the platform in a way not available to a standard user.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or misconfigured odds — for example, placing unusually large bets on markets displaying clearly incorrect odds before they are corrected.
• Placing bets with knowledge of information not publicly available at the time of betting (insider information).
• Coordinating bets with other players to manipulate outcomes or guarantee profits through matched betting across multiple accounts.
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name, or using the platform to process funds on behalf of a third party.
• Using the platform in connection with any unlawful activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards support staff or other players.

Where Orion Stars identifies prohibited conduct, any winnings generated during the relevant period may be voided and the account balance at the time of suspension may be returned minus any bonus funds credited. In cases of confirmed fraud, the full balance may be withheld pending investigation.

9 Suspension & Account Closure

Orion Stars reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time. The most common reasons for account action include:

• Breach of any term set out on this page or the specific terms of a promotion.
• Failure to pass identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or use of stolen payment methods.
• A confirmed self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Account identified as belonging to someone under 18.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, we will aim to complete the review within a reasonable period. You will be notified at your registered email address. If the investigation finds no breach, the suspension will be lifted and normal account access restored.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any real-money balance that was legitimately deposited and not connected to the breach may be returned after deducting any applicable costs. This is assessed case by case.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. There is no fee for closing an account. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10 Changes to These Terms

Orion Stars may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email at the address held on the account and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continuing to use the platform after a change has been notified constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account. Your real-money balance will be returned as described in Section 9.

Minor changes — such as clarifications of existing rules or corrections of typographical errors — may be made without direct notification. The version on this page is always the current version.
